Associate- Digital Marketing  Location: Mumbai  Experience: 0 - 2 years  The Product Marketing Team is part of the Marketing Team, whose role is to build a large audience and consumer pool for the product. This team is single handedly responsible for planning and executing outreach programs and initiatives to create one of the most popular consumer internet products in the country.  As an Associate - Digital Marketing, you are responsible for all aspects that lead to greater product adoption through digital channels. You report directly to the AVP - Product Marketing team.  Roles & Responsibilities:  Create, identify and understand consumer segments that are relevant for the product, towards whom digital marketing campaigns will be directed  Develop digital campaigns, end-to-end, with a goal to increase visibility and adoption of the product  Implement digital marketing campaigns across all channels with effective use of budget to generate maximum reach  Track the performance of campaigns against metrics such as reach, click throughs and product adoption among others  Optimize campaigns to boost performance and document learnings  Perform consumer research to identify trends and discover and develop new and different digital channels of reaching consumers  Requirements:  A great understanding and a strong interest in the retail/eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends  A great understanding of digital channels for consumer outreach and adoption  Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills  Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams  A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset  Curious about macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for new outreach channels  A penchant for being data driven and a stickler for analyzing and improving every activity  0-2 years work experience in consumer internet company or digital marketing agency in India  A bachelor or master's degree from a Tier 1 college  Interested candidates can apply or you can visit our website : www.shopsense.co
