Role   To deliver communication excellence for the brand along with the agency partners  Responsibilities  Build and manage ShopClues brand entity  Coordinate with, and guide agency partners (creative, design, and media agencies)  Create and execute marketing calendar  Professional Attributes   - MBA in Sales / Marketing from premium campuses in India or abroad  - 5-6 years- experience with minimum 2-3 years in brand management, positioning and concept development, marketing planning including growth plans, brand guidelines, communication and activation   - Need to have managed large mass media advertising campaigns with comprehensive exposure to Media Budgeting and Campaign execution-   - FMCG/CD/Telecom background  - Must demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment - Understanding of Digital   Personal Attributes   - Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.   - Positive, initiative driven, motivating and a natural leader   - Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated   - Ambitious and flexible   - Excellent communication and presentation skills
