Job Description: Director Category  Want to be part of the most disruptive and fastest growing eCommerce Company in India with world-class team, long-term vision, and tier-one VCs backing it  - As a Director Category you will be a part of next big revolution at Shopclues.com.  - You will be responsible for Revenue generation.  - You will work very closely with the top management team at Shopclues to identify and generate such avenues.  Key Goals:  - Develops and drives strategy and growth of category and subcategory teams for large, complex, or high-risk categories and subcategories.  - Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.  - Manages category inventory plans.  - Manages profit and loss (P&L) and financial forecasting for category teams for large, complex or high-risk categories and subcategories.  - Oversees new and existing product line assortment and modular planning for large, complex or high-risk categories and subcategories.  - Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships for large, complex, or high-risk categories and subcategories  - Provides overall direction for business category team  - Driving key brand relations and strategic partnership with major brands.  Qualification and Experience:   - 10 years of experience in online platform monetization and revenue generation.  - MBA from Tier 1 B School preferred.  - Experience in merchandising, financial planning, replenishment management, retail operations management, or related field.  - Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills.  - Good industry knowledge.
