Established in India in 1996, currently, we have six branches - Mumbai, New Delhi, Kancheepuram, Pune, Ranga Reddy & Ahmedabad  Job Description - Senior Relationship Manager  Business Division : Shinhan Bank  Business Function : Head Office  Location / Country : Mumbai, India   Functional Area : Senior Relationship Management  Designation : Vice President  Gender : Male  Purpose of the Role :   - Should have in depth knowledge of Retail Banking Products  - Develop, execute and manage retail strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account the market opportunities/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite  - Agree target market selection and customer propositions within the strategy   - Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor retail banking strategy in order to drive results  - Devise and agree on product and sales mix  - Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures  - Define and develop services based sales culture  - Conceptualize / enhance new products and services  - Monitor and be responsible for the growth of the franchise  - Provide guidance on regulatory compliance  - Build and cultivate strong relationships with Dealers for Car Loans   Essential experience :   - 15-20 years in retail banking with minimum 5 years of team handling experience  - Experience in driving sales for LAP, Mortgage, and home loans  - Extensive experience of handling Dealer Network, DSA  - Proven ability to work independently and undertake and discharge responsibilities in a reliable and effective manner  - Strong attention to detail and passion to work efficiently  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Strategic planning and competitive analysis abilities  - Good base of HNI client for networking  Qualifications :   Master's Degree in Marketing / Finance / Retail
