It is a unique opportunity to join a new, multidisciplinary team of creative and passionate individuals. We- re a lean, flat and experimental team combining science and business sense to identify and inject high-value insights into Sharekhan's processes. The team works in quick iterations, working closely with the Product Managers, Segment Managers, Cluster heads and the Digital team.  What you- ll be doing:  - Coordinate decision process on the client service model: from segmentation, to value proposition per segment including assessment of impact on the network  - Define contact strategy & customer solicitation plan per segment and sub segment.  - Design customer journey & oversee the implementation while motivating teams within the company to work together.  - Manage and standardize customer experience programs across teams  Who we- re looking for:  - Minimum of five years' experience in marketing, customer service and analysis of customer data.  - Strong experience in financial services, field experience is a plus.  - Can-do attitude, growth-mindset.  - Ability to continually innovate, think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts.  - Natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of activities, strong project management skills.
