Currently our network access provides last mile delivery support to more than 1000 outlets.  With 100% assured delivery promise, Shadowfax has been delivering more than 90% of the orders in less than 60 minutes.  About the role  Territory Manager or TM in short plays a very critical role in the smooth functioning of business at Shadowfax and its sustained growth.  Key Responsibilities for TM includes handling operations and business development activities for a designated territory in the city. TM manage relationships with key clientele and drive P&L for his / her territory under supervision of City Head, TM also ensures smooth running of operations with the help of Associate territory leads and report to City head of the city.  Key responsibilities include:  Managing Key Operational Metrics  - Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of Shadowfax in the business community  - Continuously strive to increase the order potential in the existing clusters  - Enhancing Rider Efficiency  - Client sales, activation, on boarding and Retention  - Enforce Tech Adoption in all clusters under the scope  - Maintain Close coordination with and take care day-to- day issues  - Periodic reviews with clients to take feedback and improve service to best in class   Financial follow up and reporting:   - Reporting about the new merchants, existing merchant pipeline and financial recovery   - Provide feedback to senior team about the merchant issues  - Follow up with merchants for financial recovery   Desired Skills   - Minimum two year of experience in Food and Beverages industry  - Hotel Management/ MBA from Tier 1 colleges  - Relevant Experience in Operations or Sales in the Logistics Space  - Problem solving Ability and handling stressful and complicated situations   - A self-motivated individual who derives their source of energy from people and ideas and knows how to get the best from the available resources   - Graduate with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills  - Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is a must  - Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally   - Leadership and Team Handling - Lead a team of 3-5 ATLs and 200+ Riders
