- Independently handling purchasing/Tendering activities  - Review and negotiate vendor contracts, agreements and other terms, conditions for increased supply chain flexibility, reduced cost to achieve company goals and objectives.  - Develop strategic relationships with all key suppliers to enhance business opportunities for business developments, optimization and business partnerships   - Formulate and implement strategies to bring in the cost reduction in total procurement.   - Assures proper execution of purchase orders within corporate guidelines to meet organisation needs and keep track of deliverables at designated locations.   - Manages and tracks quality, cost and delivery performance of vendors and establish good network of suppliers.   - Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of all consumable items and replenish it periodically.   - Manage procurement activities for all offices
