This individual is responsible for managing all vertical, horizontal or hybrid technology-related research programs- from concept to delivery including managing a junior analyst. This role requires extensive hands-on collaboration with the managing vice-president of all research programs. Such an individual must ensure seamless conceptualization, development and delivery of all research projects. This role also needs to coordinate client-level delivery of projects in close concert with account management personnel.  Dimension and scope:   - Responsible for creating research hypothesis and research frameworks for qualitative and quantitative research projects (both primary and secondary research)   - Execute research methodologies and create research primary survey design and/or qualitative design and questions   - Identify and analyze key data trends and insights - data behind the data analysis   - Enable comprehensive comparative and segment-specific benchmarking of annual and YOY primary survey and qualitative data  - Shape thought-provoking story-telling for all data/insights-related outputs- presentation decks, executive summaries, reports, assessment tools etc.   - Ability to write or compile reports is a major plus in this role   - Input technology, horizontal or vertical industry insights into all research deliverables   - Lead execution of annual research delivery goal in terms commercialized or monetized research projects in collaboration with the managing vice-president for all research programs   - Help in developing thought leadership themes and concepts for events and other customer-facing meetings   - Ensure strong quality control and research process compliance at all times   - Research industry and some technology background are ideal. Candidate should be well-versed in different data delivery methods, project management, MS suite, SPSS etc. Ideal candidate should possess an advanced degree and a minimum of 7-8 years of industry experience   - Market research, marketing, technology, data, statistics or applied economics-related work experience is required in this role
