He/She will manage all the team members and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and targeted project deliveries.  Responsibilities :  - SGA has a growing equity research, fixed income research, investment banking and fund analytics practice, you will have to not only manage the existing engagements but also work towards growing the business  - Provide leadership to the investment research practice at SGA; work with senior management to grow the business  - Provide thought leadership on trends in this space  - Institutionalize the training and development program, ensure delivery best practices are implemented  - Proactively build revenue and be the front face of the company in business development activities related to equity/fixed income research and IB support  - Work closely with the sales and product management team on all the go-to-market initiatives  - Complete client management responsibilities for all accounts in this vertical  Candidate Experience : 10+ years  About this company :  SG Analytics is one of the leading and most trusted research and analytics firms in India with offices in Pune & Hyderabad.
