- Strong knowledge of core tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP

- Implementation experience of TS 16469

- Have minimum 4 years experience as Management Representative (MR)

- Experience of driving business excellence project

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Team Management

- Leadership skills

- Prefer knowledge of VDA 6.3
