Purpose of the Job  To manage the customer support operation of Philips Healthcare products.  Dimensions  Financial Responsibility: CS budget  Impact: The immediate work group  Errors: The immediate work group  Complexity: Diversified, requiring judgment in applying established practices, procedures and approaches.  Independence: Execute the job given by superior on daily basis  Essential Duties & Responsibilities  - To manage the customer support operation for the installed base of   - Philips Healthcare Patient Monitor product range, Ultrasound and Imaging systems.  - Dameca Anesthesia Equipment  - Other medical equipment's / products marketed by MSSI  Principal Accountabilities  - To generate revenue (AMC, Parts, etc) from the installed base.  - Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction   - Improve the AMC penetration %  - AR control  - Manage the service spare parts inventory   - Maintain high uptime for the installed base through the service team   - Maintain AMC SLA terms  Education & Experience  - Bachelor's degree or Diploma (B. E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering - four year college or university.  - Minimum 12+ years of experience in the customer support management of Philips Healthcare Product range  Essential Job Knowledge & Skills  - Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers.  - Numerical Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.   - Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
