Service Delivery Manager - IT

One of our client, a leading IT MNC in Chennai is looking for Service Delivery Manager.

Years of Experience: 15 to 17 years

Work Location: Chennai

Education: BE Graduate or MCA (with MBA preferred)

Job Description:

- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple customer projects.

- Coordinate and assist Pre-sales, Sales team for new proposals

- Manage the committed SLA's with customers, exceed the commitments and bring in Service improvement plans to WoW the customer

- To improve the Customer satisfaction for the existing projects

- Ensure all support related activities are happening properly for all customers and help in reducing the incidents in the customer environment

- Help in transitioning new projects to offshore

- Help in achieving higher gross margins for the supported projects

Desired Skills:

- Should have strong expertise in Shared Services

- Able to manage multiple international customer projects

- Expertise in managing Servers and various OS flavors (Win/Unix/Linux)

- Experience in managing networking devices

- Experience working with backup technology and backup tools

- Experience on ITIL framework

- Excellent Written and Verbal communication, presentation skill

- Knowledge on Cost / Schedule Management

- Ms-Project exposure (Optional)
