About our Client - Our client is a multi billion dollar MNC in the Chemicals space. With a well established Global HRSS model in place, they are looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits lead to be based in Pune. This is a new role being created within their global HRSSC and thus setting up the compensation team and ensuring service levels are adhered to within shared services will be critical. This is a global role and provides exposure to all regions across the Americas, EMEA, APAC and India.

Job Description - Reporting into the global head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for :

- Dealing with 4 regions comprising multiple country teams with different setups (in-house and outsourced HR services/payroll), and multiple global vendor partners

- Stabilizing the compensation review tool across regions and countries and thus introducing multiple new processes, region specific

- Improvisation of processes around data quality and reporting

- Support the preparation of Compensation Management cycle along with Service Management and CoE C&B

- Engage with all process intervener's for acknowledgment and commitment on the process activities and then coordinate the different elements of delivery according to established plan (time line)

- Report any foreseen issues within delivery to Service Manager to HR leadership

- Work closely and provide support to the Data Subject Matter Experts/Master Data Analysts so that solutions are at hand in order to ensure delivery

- Ensure excellent level of service to the client whether directly or via service partners, to continue to improve and develop the services provided together with the external partners, to support business priority to drive sustainable profitability by controlling costs and driving efficiencies within the service area

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 10-15 years of experience in C&B with at least 5 years in managing local compensation in a shared service set up for any 2 of the 3 between the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Exposure to SAP, managing multiple vendors and working in a highly matrixed environment is highly desired. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills.
