Job Role:
1. Manages the entire team which includes the operational delivery center and the regional locations
2. Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model
3. Develop high-level strategies and marketing plans to grow service vertical, i.e. service and process strategies and campaigns
4. Internal synergy within Accounts Receivable team and other departments and stakeholders to capitalize on the potential business opportunity with Clients and key partners.
5. Providing knowledge and ideas to client Key SPOCs through regions / locations.
6. Plan, Identify and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs for staff coaching and development, and their performance management.
7. Continuously Interlocking among regions (client stake holders, regional managers) and operation’s stakeholders to seek process improvement
Experience & key skills:
1. At least 10 years of experience including minimum 6 years in handling end to end RPO operations.
2. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitment
business for various industries.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
5. Travelling as per business needs
