Job Location : Mumbai  Position : Service Delivery Leader ( HRO)  Experience: 15+ yrs  Job Description :  Role Purpose: To spearhead the operations for the HRO function for the organization   Requirement:   - At least 15 Years- experience in Contact center operations with at least 6-8 years of experience in HRO Processes especially US or UK Payroll  - Strong domain understanding and solution expertise.  - Experience in delivery and operations in the same industry /vertical preferred with Client facing roles.  - Customer facing experience . Managing upto 150-200 FTEs  Qualification Post Graduate - MBA  Others  - Good understanding of HRO from a BPO standpoint  - Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)  - Possess Leadership skills to Interface with key stakeholders and develop and grow the footprint  Note: Only Contact center HRO experienced may apply.
