Service Delivery Leader - Financial Planning & Analysis Operations

Role: Service Delivery Leader- FP&A Ops (Designation- Sr. Manager)

Reporting to: GM operations

Reported by: Manager(s)/ Assistant Manager(s)

Key responsibilities:

- Service Delivery Leader for the Financial Planning and Analysis Ops

- Leading a team of 20 to 25 FTEs

- Managing multiple regional managers (internal customers) spread across various regions of the USA

- Efforts to enhance India FPA scope, in consultation with onshore managers

- Develop sound operational plans to achieve desired results

- Lead and/ or oversee transitions

- People management and retention

- Drive Process Excellence initiatives

- Drive continuous improvement within the team

- Full accountability towards Performance Metrics and control over day to day operations including SLA/ TAT compliances

- Liaise with support departments/ leaders to achieve desired results

- Develop and maintain MIS for the FP&A process for both onshore & offshore stakeholders

- P&L ownership for FP&A Ops

Skills/ qualifications/ experience:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting/ commerce/ finance (full-time course only)

- MBA (Finance) (full-time) or a qualified CA

- 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance or FP&A ops

a) Of which min. 5+ years of experience in FP&A ops

b) Should have been managing teams for 6+ years

- Must have handled mid to large size FP&A teams comprising of 15-30+ FTEs

- Experience in transitions of FP&A processes

- Candidates with prior experience in US based FP&A Ops shall be given preference

Other requirements:

- Valid passport

- Willing to travel to US on need basis

- Shift timings 3pm to 12 midnight/ 2pm to 11pm
