Service Delivery Head - Cloud Based Banking Solution - IT

Position: Service Delivery Head- Cloud Based Banking Solution (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Head the Service Delivery for the Cloud based banking solution for clients

- Person will manage the multi geographical team in global delivery set up supporting 24X7 operations

- Propose and implement processes and tools to bring efficiency and optimise cost of operations

- Implementation of ITIL framework and Knowledge of ITIL, SOX, BASEL and other regulatory and compliance requirements in UK

- Contributing to business growth by helping to expand and enhance service offerings

- Team Management

- Ensuring strong process governance standards are adhered to

- Participate in pre-sales acivities for the solution

Requirements:

- 21+ yrs of experience in service delivery in the Banking Domain and esperience in delivery of cloud based offerings

- Deep experience with core banking products in an international context

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Good project and delivery management skills
