Service Delivery Leader (Vendor Management & Client Engagement)
Job Responsibilities –
The resource has a regional responsibility
- Interview management (test and interview coordination)/ vendor interface for 3rd local language cases and local drives
- Managing the client expectations with respect to meeting hiring numbers and code of conduct expected
- Ensure maximum interview short listings across the region to achieve his monthly joining targets . Meeting Manning %age
- Ensure smooth and full proof doc collection, conducting Joining formalities and joining file completion on the DOJ
- Ensure joining documents are submitted with all docs to the team for all branches in his/ her region within TAT
- Travel to branches within and between cities for interview coordination/management
- Work closely with the regional HR team to generate maximum referrals for the region for ensuring healthy hiring mix
- Meeting interview and TAT compliance
- Daily and real time ATS reporting
Education, Experience, Knowledge
- Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources
- Good experience in working on-site (At a client location) and getting things to the closure
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel mandatory
Skills and Competency
- Excellent verbal (telephone etiquettes) and written (email) communication skills
- Analytical bent of mind
- Computers: Comfortable with email software
- Totally professional in all respects, high integrity
- High in Energy Levels
- Able to handle tremendous work pressure, emails, phone calls
- Flair to empathize with employee’s grievance and proactively seek resolution at the earliest
- Can plan his/her own schedule and sync with the group
- Can handle a lot of sensitive info & unguided time with maturity
- Aggressive target oriented personality
