10+ years of Process Training. Preferably from Travel background
- Lead trainer and responsible for all the process training realted requirements
- Maintaining and delivering process updates
- Internal, external client and operational management
- Floor support and Login to meet operational SLAs and KPIs
- Responsible for batch performance from process training to end of OJT
- Attending calibrations within the process and with quality team
- Maintaining internal trackers, MIS and records
- Content management - Process Specific training content creation and enhancement
- Responsible for handling a team of line trainers
- Team management
