Job Description:

- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. Should be CA with strong experience in tax matters (Direct, & Indirect Taxes).

- The person should have good leadership skills and should be capable, knowledgeable and have the aptitude to handle broad areas of Taxation and Allied Regulatory matters

- He should have worked in a big multinational company in a managerial position for at least 2-3 years.

- He should have relevant experience & expert knowledge about Income Tax Assessment/Appellate Procedures, Transfer Pricing, Service Tax Provisions and Tax compliances in India.

- He should have experience in legal interpretations, research and drafting/ reviewing of legal submissions.

- He should have experience in appearing before Senior Tax Authorities with confidence and independently.

- He should be fully updated about the developments in the fields of finance & accounts and taxation around the world .
