Salary Range: 19 - 21 LPA

Designation: Sr. Manager - HR @ Mangalore

Location: Mangalore

Experience: 10 -14 years

Education: Graduate plus MBA/ MSW/ MPM

Industry: Pharma, FMCG, Chemical, Super Speciality

- HR professional with relevant experience in manufacturing sector.

- Ability to understand position requirements in a manufacturing setup.

- Manpower planning for various functions and departments various levels in the organisation.

- Formalising the manpower plan with HR Head and management, identifying position requirements, define Job descriptions based on the same for best fitment of candidate(s).

- Manage the entire process of identifying channels of sourcing, managing interviewing, selection and induction.

- Handle grievances and dealing with shop floor issues.

- Handling disciplinary actions like Show cause Letter, Warning Letter, Suspension Letter, and Domestic Inquiry against employee's misconduct report.

- Dealing with workers' union on day to day issues.

- Participate in wage settlement with Union, conducting meeting with union members and writing of minutes of meeting, drafting of counter COD.

- Administer all key data entry and ensure data integrity

- Update and maintain the Recruitment Database

- Update Personnel Data, new employees.

- Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives

- Roll out employee satisfaction survey and driving high performance engagement index through various strategic interventions

- Ensure implementation of engagement calendar to be followed by across verticals

- Anchor issues on employee grievances from the business unit and work out the way forward

- Build policies and SOPs, education decks around them and sensitize various groups

- Partner with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions to address current associate management issues

- Initiate employee engagement activities periodically

- Conduct exit interviews; Review and Analyse the feedback; Take corrective steps

- Strengthening employee engagement initiatives like People Committee, Fun & Charity, Leadership, and Offsite
