These channels include SEM, SEO, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB) and more.   Job Responsibilities :   - Generate, qualify, nurture and track leads through online channels including: SEO/SEM, Paid Social and Display   - Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new users, deepen existing customer engagement, and drive cross-sell and retention.  - Perform keyword research in sync with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities   - Develop and implement link building campaigns.  - Develop channel level opportunity analysis, design and test hypotheses around new marketing initiatives and programs.   - Work with engineering to optimize landing page conversion  - Work with engineering and product teams to develop and execute multi-channel A/B tests to improve performance from top to bottom of the user funnel.   - With the help of engineering, develop reporting dashboards that summarize acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.  - Apply Google Analytics on Multiple Domains, Website, Blogs, Mobile Apps, GTM and Universal Analytics with 100% tracking of all key variables and parameters defined by business and provide reports to relevant stakeholders.  You should have :  - Bachelor's in Computer Science/ IT   - 3+ years of experience in data-driven, growth marketing function at a B2B/B2C SaaS startup.   - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, advertising and content marketing.   - Extraordinary analytical skills and high level of comfort working with and instrumenting analytical platforms like Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Segment, Looker, Google Analytics, etc.   - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros ), working knowledge of SQL or other query language for data pulls highly desired.   - Deep experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.   - Thrive in a fast-paced, 'make-it-happen' environment.   - Self-motivated and highly comfortable working in a non-hierarchical, fluid work environment.   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - Sound knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Similarweb, WebTrends)   - Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)   What You Get :  - Competitive base salary, full benefits, annual and spot bonuses.  - Fantastically rewarding work environment.  - Flexible work timings.  So if you want to work among clever individuals, working with smart technologies, building tools for the Y generation and someone who could get positions at most software companies, but you- re looking for the perfect role that has great leadership, a roster of top talent, game-changing product vision, and a work hard/play hard company culture this is your opportunity.  Location: Delhi  Salary : Not a Constraint for the right Candidate.   Functional Area : Technical Development  Education : IIT/DCE/NSIT/BITS/NIT/IIIT or any other tier 1 College.  Experience: Minimum 3 Year of experience.
