The detail job description is as follows:-

In Audit, Market or Credit Risk, Product Control, Operations or Finance related control function are essential.

Graduate in Banking & Finance or related discipline preferred

Must be a strong communicator across all corporate titles. Experience managing teams and providing coaching and direction to individuals.

- Maintain and further develop the functions risk and control register.

- Participation in projects to ensure controlled deliver with reduced risk appetite and evaluating control strength after delivery.

- Assess offshoring activities are inline with regulatory and control standards

- Facilitate the functions RCSA annual assessment activities and provide a independent assessment

- Provide a forum for active discussion and constructive challenge of the Key Risk Indicators
