Sr. VP - Business Development

- You will transform the company- you will be starting the Digital Marketing, Online Reputation Management and Web Development business in a respective geography for the company, adding directly to Bottom line & Top line of the company.

- Responsible for new business development - identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within the specified region.

- Pro-active prospecting with the pre sales team for cold calls, emails, industry conferences as primary sales channels.

- Responsible for positioning our services - including Information Management, Web application development and maintenance; Digital Marketing services, Mobile App development etc.

- Responsible for managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients.

Functional Expectations :

- Responsible for integrating digital capabilities into customer solutions

- Oversees a digital fulfillment staff charged with optimizing digital campaigns and proving a strong ROI

- Generate new business from both incoming leads and prospecting by employing solution-selling techniques with a focus on the development of new business with Mid-Market and Enterprise size companies

- Conduct discovery/needs analysis with marketing professionals and present our digital solutions

- Penetrate assigned accounts, building and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities

- Provide an accurate forecast of new business opportunities, and meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure a strong client relationship

- Develops a strategic plan to grow digital sales amongst existing customers & show value of digital properties to new customers

- Networks at both International & National Level and stays abreast of emerging digital and online trends, rates and product solutions

- Meet with Managers/customers and effectively identify creative interactive solutions and ideas that generate results.

- Actively develops digital sales opportunities and communicates to the Account Managers and management team

- Conduct weekly marketing and management meetings

- Develop annual digital forecasts and is responsible for weekly digital flash and pipeline reports

- Ideal candidate will possess not only the ability to think creatively, but will be able to lead the staff in the development of innovative ways to generate revenue from the many digital and interactive opportunities available

- Drives change and innovation for the sales team and our customers both National & International

- Should be open to travel be it in the city, country or Internationally

Who should apply for the job :

- Have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Someone who can sell sand in the desert.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Extensive knowledge of lead generation process, data collection and data analytics, making e-mailing format, creating the e-mail ids.

- Must have good knowledge about any one of Website design/ development business, Mobile application business, Digital marketing service (SEO, SMO, PPC, email,etc)
