Roles & Responsibilities:  - Responsible for full life cycle recruiting(Technology ) including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.  - Extensive experience in recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.  - Screening candidates based on resource manager's job description, candidates relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.  - Regular follow up with candidate from first contact till the offer of offer letter to the candidate.  - Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interview.  - Reference checking for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance.  - Negotiate and manage vendor relationship for contractual and permanent staffing.  - Established tracking systems resume submission and follow-up Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers on daily requisitions, follow-up on qualified candidates and developed up-coming  - Recruitment strategy, Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards.  - Managing the existing database besides aiming to make addition in that.  - Assisting in identification & establishment of new clients  Skill Set Required :  - Excellent Communication Skills,writing skills, and people skills  - Should be very strong on People Management Skills .  -Should be proactive and independent person who has been engaged in Talent Acquisition.   -Should have a flexible and creative mind-set  - Ability to find suitable - passive- candidates preferably through social media & talent mining.  - We are looking for two resources to be placed in Bangalore and Kolkata .Please note that we are only looking for female candidates for this role.  - Those who have done Technical Hiring are only eligible to apply .
