Purpose of Position :
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is an IC consultant to assigned Hiring Managers and Business units on talent acquisition and all aspects of Talent Supply Chain. As a TA partner to the business, this role encompasses strong business acumen and understanding of the business goals of assigned business verticals. First and foremost -this role demands hands on recruiting leadership.
- He / She must demonstrate strong understanding of the candidate journey, compensation and benefits, market segmentation along with candidate development.
- The everyday function includes execution of a high quality, compliant recruiting process including: sourcing, interviewing, assessment, selection and on-boarding. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR colleagues, legal counsel, employees and hiring managers at all levels is required.
Regular interactions/meetings with stakeholders are essential for the success of this role along with strong multichannel sourcing capability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with the department heads & line managers on an ongoing basis to address Business vertical's talent supply requirements.
- Implements recruitment strategy for the assigned business verticals which includes recruitment planning, sourcing, recruitment process, offer closures and candidate on boarding.
- Manages relationship with assigned Hiring managers to understand & implement their Hiring plans.
- Maintain regular and up to date hiring MIS, Tracker and analytics for his / her assigned set of positions. Provides regular reporting, MIS and Insights for standard reviews.
- Drives closure of identified positions with mutually agreed upon SLA.
- Drives Human Resource Interviews, assessment, candidate negotiations and offer closures in alignment with mutually agreed upon SLA s.
Key Tasks :
- Understand the requirements received from Department heads, plan and schedule a roadmap towards completing recruitment cycle within agreed timeline.
- Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates, running recruitment process, Offer closure and on boarding process.
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
- Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate's communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on the department head's requirements.
- Act as a the single point of contact for assigned Hiring managers and be the single source of all recruitment build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Preparation of MIS, reports and Dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria :
- MBA in Human Resources, with 6 to 10 years of experience would be preferred Post Graduate with professional level of recruiting experience
