- One of the top league American investment bank are looking for resourceful candidates for our Employee Engagement team based out of Hyderabad.
- The role offers high visibility and impact in the Firm. The candidate will work extensively with multiple stakeholders (employees and external vendors) and be at the forefront of implementing employee-centric initiatives across the Firm.
Primary responsibilities will include :
- Strategizing and designing a sustainable employee engagement plan.
- Proactively planning and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders for smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
- Staying abreast of the best trends/practices in employee engagement through social media and industry benchmarking.
- Developing new and innovative ways to engage employees.
- Devising non-traditional ways to develop communication strategies for greater employee participation and engagement.
- Analyzing and suggesting improvements to current HR employee engagement processes.
- Liaising with external vendors, comparing event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost benefit analysis, etc., in order to plan and execute seamless events.
- The ideal candidate should be a Post-Graduate, preferably in HR, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in strategizing and executing employee engagement initiatives/events is a must.
- The candidate should be able to plan and execute effortlessly, be creative and possess a high drive for results.
- Proficiency with MS Office, communication and facilitation skills are required.
