We are looking for MBA (2012-2013 batch with 3-4 years of post MBA exp) professionals with excellent communication skills
Required Skills and Experience :
The candidate should have an experience in Employee Engagement like:
- Strategizing and designing a sustainable employee engagement plan
- Developing new and innovative ways to engage employees
- Analyzing and suggesting improvements to current HR employee engagement processes
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in strategizing and executing employee engagement initiatives/events is a must.
- Proficiency with MS Office, communication and facilitation skills are required
- Strong academics [minimum of 60% from good post graduate colleges)
