This is a client facing solution executive position that creates Finance & Accounting outsourcing solutions .   Responsibilities   Translating client needs for services into a sellable outsourcing solutions.  Assisting sales with deal qualifications and client readiness through client presentations to senior leadership.  Developing written responses to client or third party advisor published RFPs, client solution presentations, leading due diligence / discovery conversations with the client, coordinating solution activities with internal constituents   Responsibilities:  Draft F&A outsourcing solutions for large clients in a variety of industries. Work with client's Finance and Accounting organizations to determine needs.   Oversee response process (delivery input on service levels and statement of work, Legal's input on commercials, challenge responses, process subject matter experts content, technology / tools input)  Develop content / writing (predominately solution summaries)  Manage virtual team of subject matter experts, delivery, financial analysts,  Create feeds for cost model, review cost model  Lead client discovery sessions / workshops, mutual value discovery and yellow pads, orals  Lead internal regional reviews, bid releases presentations,  Prepare and present oral presentations (develop and articulate value propositions, benefits,  Coordinate regional solution development on larger deals  Plan and lead or participate in due diligence activities  Capabilities:  Strong business and finance and accounting acumen  Entrepreneurial, self starter  Collaborative but decisive  Motivated and motivating  Applicable professional experience:  Business process outsourcing (BPO)  Finance and accounting consulting / auditing  Finance shared services strategy, implementation or operations  Sales, solution, business development of services  "C" level selling / solutions  Finance & Accounting operations experience (e.g. manager or controller)  Fortune 100 corporations  Required  - Bachelor's Degree  Preferred  Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance  At least 2 years experience in Experience selling outsourced solutions  Certified in CPA
