Senior Software Engineering Manager

My Client American product based company which is into manufacturing test and measurement devices is Looking for Senior Program Managers with the following skills,

- Strong customer focus and experience leading program management or quality functions within a high tech company.

- 4 years Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science.

- Minimum of 15+ years of program management or software quality experience with at least 5+ years as a manager with a track record of building strong teams.

- 5+ year's experience in building and leading Agile teams.

- Programming experience in any language - C/C++, C# or object oriented Python, etc.

- Experience in creating workflows using Application Life Cycle management tools like Quality Center, SmartBear ALM, JIRA, etc.

- Hands-on experience in software engineering, test strategy, test processes and procedures.

- Working knowledge of various High Speed Serial Standards like HMDI, USB, MHL, DP, MIP, PCIe etc

- Passionate, excellent team player with the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Knowledge of the test and measurement industry is highly desirable

- A Master's or MBA is desirable

- International work experience

- Experience in Building Testing Center Of Excellence

- Experience working in large scale Agile globally distributed teams (100+)
