One of our clients, a leading Financial Services company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Senior Sales Manager - Healthcare Equipment Finance  Basic Job Purpose:  - Drive vendor (equipment manufacturer) partner relationships strategy across the South region. Develop and maintain strong on the ground relationships with vendor partner sales teams  - Marketing of programs, campaigns, internal and external trainings, trend analysis, go-to-market strategy  - Drive volume targets for the region, maintain portfolio health and profitability  - Develop and provide creating solutions to meet client requirements. Maintain client relationship to obtain repeat business for vendor partners.  - Build a strong team of client relationship managers to maintain coverage and keep the company on its growth path  - Maintain portfolio delinquency at acceptable levels as per Operating Plan  - Maintain regional compliance and adherence to corporate risk management practices  Education & Experience:  - MBA/CA with minimum 6 years of strong track record of Sales and Client Relationship Management in Healthcare equipment product sales/Corporate Finance/Asset Backed Lending industry  - Should be a self starter and strong motivator with experience of handing teams and large regions; should have strong experience in managing customer and internal stakeholder relationships at senior levels  - Commercial benchmarking, marketing and go-to-market strategy in B2B environment  - Experience in new account wins as well as account management and selling through the existing client base  - Adept at negotiating with internal stakeholders, communication and presentation skills both in written and oral  - Fluency in English both in written and oral  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore
