Seeking insights driven and rural/field marketing experts

Responsibilities :

- To institutionalize Insight led marketing in order to maintain customer centricity

- Provide specific and relevant customers insight in all decision making forum.

- To create the annual brand plan for achieving the set goals on brand health parameters (Ad recall, brand recall, etc.) across key markets/ geographies in order to achieve customer preference targets.

- Ensure scientific measurement of results vis-a-vis on desired customer matrices.

- To proactively contribute to the product development process and help the organization expand market and share.

- Develop and modify product propositions to penetrate new markets by understanding customer's unfelt/felt needs.

- Translate the product propositions into meaningfully differentiated product ideas along with internal stakeholders.

- To create a preferred brand among all customers in order to achieve the desired market expansion and growth.

Required Skills :

- Suggest innovative ways to regularly communicate and engage with customers.

- Based on insights captured, create empathy, relevance, preference and intent among both penetrated and un-penetrated markets.

- To ensure support towards the acquisition efforts of the sales channels through effectively designed sales literature and sales tools.

- Provide inputs in the task of creating effective sales literature and sales tools for the sales channel effectively in order to become the preferred brand among the distributor and partner space.

- To ensure a unified brand experience to all stakeholders in order to achieve consistency of communication.

- To ensure the usage of consistent verbal and visual vocabulary across all points of touch and customer experience keeping it in line with ABFSG guidelines.

- Create the annual channel marketing plan across key markets/ geographies in order to achieve the preferred brand status among distributors and create a preferred brand among all distributors in order to support the desired channel expansion and growth.

- Creating the channel marketing plan with the help of all stakeholders.

- Create a budget for all planned activities as per the guidelines.

- Ensure scientific measurement of distributor preference.

- Innovate new ways, proactively and regularly to communicate and engage with distributors.

- Ensure marketing support to all channel development programs.

- Ensure maintenance of continuous bench-marking with competitive activities to ensure benchmark status measurable quantitatively and qualitatively.

- Maintain regular contact with marketing organizations within third party distributors.

- To drive implementation of the marketing plans at regional levels to support market development through brand awareness and preference.

- To proactively input into the central marketing plan to help prioritize by geography.

- Drive the regional teams in meaningfully implementation of the marketing plan locally.

- Align marketing inputs as per sales priorities and support acquisition through lead generation models.

- Support Key relationships in implementing our marketing program including channel initiated marketing programs as well.

- To build a strong marketing agency and vendor set-up at national and regional level for ensuring speed and quality of implementation.

- Assess requirement proactively and build the right agency/ vendor base.

- Develop agency and vendor nationally and regionally through aligning them with BSLI's expectation and guidelines.

- Measure and improve on speed and quality of response regularly with all stakeholders.

- Ensure the usage of consistent verbal and visual vocabulary across all points of touch and customer experience keeping it in line with ABFSG guidelines.

- Drive and oversee all Commercial activities.

- Formulate the commercial outsourcing plan for every quarter in conjunction with the brand, channel and customer relationships teams.

- Define and ensure adherence to budgets.

- Ensure absolute adherence to relevant procurement and Accounts guidelines in all transaction.

- Define and implement processes aimed at superior internal customer satisfaction.

- To lead the coordination for both internal and external audits for Marketing area with the risk and audit tea.

- Approving monthly, six monthly and annual accruals and monitoring budget utilization and approvals.

- To ensure a unified brand experience to all stakeholders in order to achieve consistency of communication.

To proactively identify regional marketing opportunities and to recommend the same to the Product Marketing team

- Identify localized opportunities

- Track competition marketing initiatives

- Ideate and execute localized initiatives in conjunction with the Product Marketing team
