What you will be doing :
- Centre of Excellence (COE) role for Talent Acquisition with in-depth knowledge of the TA function
- Review and build a Recruiting framework for recruitment function for both lateral and leadership hiring.
- Defining and implementation of various recruiting processes like - demand forecasting & management, Sourcing strategy, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement processes, refinement of Evaluation criteria, definition of Service level metrics etc.
- Proven track record of handling technology and product hiring is must
- Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process.
- Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool.
