Job Description :   - Budget Setting & Control Responsibility for Projects valued at approximately ~20,000 crores   - Monitoring Budget vs Actuals on a regular basis   - Appraising management on cost to complete reports of various projects  - To Implement QS & Cost Management best practices used in the Industry.  - Review priced BOQs prepared by team across all packages (Civil, MEP, Finishing, Infra, Fa- ade)  - To update market rates, monitor the trends and ensure company uses the same while awarding contracts  - Conduct value Engineering reviews and evaluate suggestions in consultation with the design and procurement teams  - Examination and approval of contractual claims - evaluation and finalization of contractual claims raised by contractors and as received from site teams  - Ensure learning's from contractual claims are used to streamline design specification, BOQ preparation process, and contract tendering process.
