Senior Role - Production - Injectibles/Sterile/LVP/SVP

Job Description:

Organization and planning of production activities

- Management of human resources of the Organization (recruitment, assessment,trainin)

- Study of new investments or modification of production equipment

- Definition and validation of the direct costs of production, feasibility and shaping possibly

- Animation production teams

- Definition of production targets

- Implementation of the measures necessary for the respect of quality, deadlines and costs in the service and proposal for improvement

- Definition and control of dashboards for production (productivity, quality, rate of customer service)

- Coordination of activities with the quality services, logistics, organisation industrial...

- Monitoring the application of the regulation for production and the rules hygiene and safety and environment (GMP)

- Response to quality audits and administration issues

- Make sure that the products are manufactured and stored in accordance with the relevant instructions to obtain the qualification

- Approve instructions for manufacturing operations and check their strict implementation

- Verify that the records of lot have been evaluated and signed by a person authorized before sending them to the quality control Department

- Control the maintenance of its service, its premises and its hardware

- Check that the necessary postings have been made

- Verify that the initial and in-service training required for its staff Department is provided and customized.

Candidates preferred with experience in injectables,Steriles, Large volume parenterals,small volume parenetrals.
