Senior Position in Marketing

Scope of Work : Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at Company.

Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead marketing team/vendors that will develop and execute communications campaigns across digital, print, mail and social media.

- Responsible for development of all elements including concepts, video, visual and copy content; collaterals, media plans and partner selection.

- Develop high quality databases of customers and prospects

- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, delivering measurable results.

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners-

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing

- Should have minimum 7 - 8 years of Global B2B Marketing experience in the IT Software industry.

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

- Should have relevant industry experience related to services vertical & exposure to the US Market

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Excellent communication skills

- Budget-management skills and proficiency

- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Max Salary : 15lpa
