Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall L&D activities for PAN India locations
- Establish the L&D organisation for multiple units
- Implement Assessment Strategy at all levels leveraging on India plan
- Training Needs analysis for Development Needs of all staff
- Implement Soft Skills plan for Leadership and Staff development in Bangalore
- Stay current with the latest training innovations / product offering changes
- Synthesize training results and metrics in order to report intelligent data to senior management.
- Ensure business needs and requirements are understood and integrated appropriately in all workplace capability and effectiveness solutions and standards are upheld in all facets of design, development and delivery
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and HR Business Partner(s) to ensure talent and development programs are delivered effectively against defined delivery/service levels
- Support Leadership team to drive change management, culture development, talent, performance and competency management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Program Manage key interventions across India
Desired Profile :
- 9+ years of professional experience in L&D/Talent Development activities
- Bachelor or Masters Degree from any university with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Organizational Psychology
- Hands-on experience in working for IT product/service organisations required
- Good communication skills
