Senior Role - Facilities & Administration - Bank

Looking for professionals having 15 to 20 years of experience in handling facilities and administration management functions with a leading foreign sector bank.

Position Objective :

To effectively supervise and manage the following functions of the department-

Facility Management and support functions, Support Dept. Head in ensuring SLA Commitment with respect to Admin & Facilities Function. Supervise & Management of Security & Safety Function.

Roles and responsibilities :

- To manage Facility management and related functions at Pan India Basis.

- To recruit, develop & train team / line managers based on the requirement.

- To guide and develop team in providing Safe & smooth working conditions in the office premises.

- Ensuring continuity of business, through effective coordination of maintenance activities of critical equipment's across Pan India basis.

- Deployment and implementation of Group/ Department Policies & Procedures at Pan India basis.

- Introduction of new processes / policies as per industry practice.

- Supervision of Safety & Security activities across Pan India locations.

- Design and implementation of Controls in various activities under Facilities Management and Security function.

- Effectively support setting up the facilities at new offices, by ensuring quality facility management organizations.

- Set up professional safety and security unit / team with necessary processes and infrastructure and monitor.

- Planning & deployment of Cafeteria Services and implementation of processes / controls.

- Planning & Deployment of Transport Services and guiding team for implementation of controls.

- Security & Safety pan India responsibility for all locations (including branch - excluding day to day operations).

- Compliance and regulatory requirements applicable for the function.

- Employee transportation - Security & Safety aspects.

- Participating in Extended Exco and SPOC for Facilities& Admin
