Senior Research Analyst - Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics Sector

Salary Range: 5 - 8 LPA

One of the executive search consulting firms is looking for a candidate who has prior experience in research for Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics sector. They are hiring for Senior Research Analyst with min 2 years to 4 years of experience. The location is Gurgaon. Open to look at out station candidates but Delhi based are preferable. Education should be strong.

Crux Of the Role:

- As a Senior Research Analyst one will be closely placed with the knowledge management team where he is responsible for handling research projects like company profiling, industry research and market mapping across sourcing/procurement

- Good Education background

- Generalist research candidates who have experience in working on sourcing/procurement

- Have exposure of working with global clients

- UG/PG from good colleges

- 2-4 years

- The Supply Chain Senior Research Analyst will leverage his/her research experience and passion for Supply Chain to support collecting, coordinating and archiving of insights, intellectual property and various initiatives.

- Key activities will include proactive knowledge capture, distribution and development of the firm's multiple knowledge management platforms, as well as the provision of assistance and advice to Consultants and Researchers on relevant resources, best practice and latest thinking

- S/he will collaborate with the Global Practice Specialist (Blair Beuttas, based in Atlanta), the North America Supply Chain Specialist and the Practice Lead (Thomas Reynolds) to research, acquire and organize all acquired knowledge for the function.

- S/he will be a fully integrated team member working with Supply Chain stakeholders across the global firm. The role reports to the Global Practice Specialist and the EZIRS Research Lead.
