ROLE DESCRIPTION:  - Acquisition of Business Banking Customers and Trade Forex based clients  - Achieve Sales Target and provide customer service  - Work on alliances with guilds, business and trade bodies  - Provide cash management, CIA, FX solutions as per client's needs  - Enhancing sales process and adhering to Audit and compliance processes  - Management of all business leads and strong follow up to get the end result.  - Make 7 to 8 calls everyday to clients  - Recommend strategy and negotiating of client deals  - Interaction with regulators & key stake holder.  - Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance  QUALIFICATION / Experience :  - Excellent academic background with MBA or CA   - Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Corporate Banking and 3-6 years of experience in Banking, for premier Tier 1, 2 institute pedigree we can consider 3 years of exp in total
