Designation: Senior Recruiter
Position reports to Manager - Recruitment and work as individual contributor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, recruitment partners and employees
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for one/two business groups
Desired Profile:
- 5-7 years of Technical recruiting experience in IT domain
- Any graduate
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of HRIS recruitment tools/systems
