Understanding manpower requirement and drafting the job description.  Sourcing profiles for experienced candidates as per job specification and skill set.  Sourcing candidate as per client requirement through various job portals like Monster, naukri etc.  Headhunting candidates through social media and professional networking sites.  Screening the profiles received from all the employees & maintaining the database.  Screening candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interview, arranging technical interview & coordinating with concerned person  Negotiating salary details with the Candidates  Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates and relocation.  Maintaining a continuous follow up with the candidate after the interview till the date of joining.  End to end responsibility from calling to joining formalities  Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
