Job Type: Permanent  Experience: 5+ years  Salary: No Bar  Location: Whitefield,Bangalore  Key Skills: Should have worked in BFSI domain and into core recruitment  Job Description :   - Full-cycle recruiting for open positions: conduct in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.  - Lead new requisition meetings with hiring managers supporting searches across UK (and EMEA) with a focus on Sales, Technology, Delivery, Project Management or other types of openings within FIS.  - Guide and advise hiring managers through the interview, selection, reference, and offer stages.  - Works with managers & executives to understand existing and future resource needs.  - Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarizes feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.  - Proactively manage recruitment spend, in order to drive costs down but maintain caliber of candidates  - Proactively track progress on requisition approvals.  - Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate.  - Have to report to the operational head.
