Senior Property Manager - Real Estate

We are hiring for "Senior Property Manager" for leading Real estate company.

Location: Gurgoan

Role:

- Direct and oversee all building operations and maintenance.

- Develop and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.

- Establish and implement prompt and courteous response to tenant's requests and complaints within the guidelines set forth by Client.

- Adhere to all Client and property policies and procedures and perform all duties in a safe manner and help ensure implementation of all statutory compliance's, all environmental laws, codes, standards and regulations.

- Manage and develop all property personnel.

- Train, mentor and continually develop all property management staff reporting to him/her.

- Negotiate contracts and supervise all contractor services related to the physical operation of the property.

- Manage all fiscal activities of the property and maintain full P&L responsibility.
