Senior Project Manager - Civil - Real Estate

Position : Senior Project Manager - Civil

Reporting to Head Projects

Based location : Noida

Qualification : Civil Engineering

Experience : 12+ years

Key responsibilities :

- Site Project Management.

- Communicate and coordinate with various agencies.

- Pre-construction activities like Pre-qualification of vendors, Tendering, Negotiation, Awarding of contracts etc.

- Good understanding of the Construction especially of the Industrial.

- MEP related activities for Coordination.

- Prepares and reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications

- Team size 5 + people

- MIS reports for weekly / fortnightly reviews.

- Guide subordinates in the matter of Quality Control and Billing related issue.

- Foresee possible areas with extra items are likely to happen and take corrective action as needed

- Able to carry out analysis of rate.

- Formulate and Implement Quality Assurance plan for Site.

Desired Skills :

- Knowledge of working on ACAD, Microsoft Project.

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to communicate effectively specially through Emails.

- Strong Leadership, management and communication skills

- Ability to maintain good relationship with Consultants, Contractors and other vendors.

- Mentoring and motivating the team

- Setting priorities for team and onself

- Leadership skills

- Ability to take proactive measures to handle challenges.

- Ability to perform under pressure & high level of Integrity.

- Excellent negotiation skills
