Process Excellence MBB reports to the Head of Process Excellence (Global Ops Centers) within the ET&O organization. The duties of this role include but not limited to: Develop and Implement Process Excellence culture:

- Lead the development and implementation of Process Excellence (Lean/Six Sigma/Innovation) and establish a sustainable model for continuous process improvement

- Advice and support Senior Management regarding culture change needed to successfully accomplish and maintain improvements

- Align Process Excellence initiative and project objectives to business strategy, and prioritize projects accordingly

- Act as change agent to instill Lean Six Sigma/Innovation culture throughout the organization

- Deploying and drive Process Excellence across the Content, Finance & Customer service Operations sites with a emphasized focus on site level so as to meet the process excellence program targets and goals

Facilitate the creation of projects towards the closure of projects:

- Train, coach and develop Black Belt, Green Belt and White Belt resources assigned to projects related to Process Excellence tools and methodology and offer technical expertise and guidance in project

- Expand the education and develop training curriculum for leaders, managers and process improvement teams regarding Process Excellence (Lean/Six Sigma/Innovation)

- Serve as internal expert on process improvement tools and techniques focusing on Lean/Six Sigma/Innovation and coach process owners, black belts, and deployment leaders

- Provide technical leadership and coordination to major improvement projects within the business

- Work with the Production Groups to create process excellence related projects that are strategically aligned to their business goal

- Provide expert advice and assistance to the verticals in the selection of Process Excellence resources (Green Belts, Black Belts etc)

- Develop training material on process excellence as & when needed

- Conduct Process Excellence related training (DMAIC, DFSS, LEAN etc)

This role may also be called upon to directly lead projects:

- Lead multiple process improvement teams towards quantifiable result in defect reduction, cost avoidance, loss reduction or revenue enhancement, customer experience

- Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit across assigned divisions/functions

- Lead the identification, prioritization, and selection of process improvement opportunities

- Facilitate quality and change management processes; identify customer needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals with financial benefit

- Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery to ensure benefits are realized

These duties may not be confined to a specific site. The Organization is a global company and Process Excellence MBB may from time to time be required to participate in Global Projects or assist in work originating from another site. He or she may also be asked to participate in nonprocess excellence related work from time to time. He or she may also be assigned a vertical advisory role in addition to the site function. He or she will also be part of the Global Team of Master Black Belts that will be assigned some process excellence program wide responsibilities in addition to their site function.

Qualification

- Bachelor'sMaster's degree or equivalent experience required

Required Skills

- 8+ years experience working within a management role ideally within a financial or transactional business leading a quality function.

- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification from a recognized institution is essential. The experience of other quality approaches like LEAN, Kaizen and ISO etc. is desirable.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Excellent people management skills (coaching, leading, motivating and developing staff)

- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones

- Proven ability to work effectively within remote and virtual teams.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to meet strict deadlines

- Good problem solving and multi-tasking skills

- Has expert knowledge of Excel and Minitab (statistical software tool) with experience of analyzing complex data using advanced statistical methods. Has excellent presentation skills with particular experience in simplifying complex processes and statistical analyses for senior management consumption

- Relationships that are important include - all of the project stakeholders up to senior management within the current portfolio of projects, the project team and in some cases the external customers that are requesting for the project to be initiated
