Sr.Product Manager

Role: Will report to the Head-Marketing and be responsible for developing and managing unique and innovative Customer Engagement Programs (ATL+BTL).

KRAs:

- Product Management, ATL/BTL Activities, New Product Development, P & L,Budgeting.

- Formulation & execution of annual marketing & brand strategies.

- Strategic & tactical planning to ensure footfalls.

- 360 degrees communication development - ATL, BTL and online.

- Agency management

- Strategic tie-ups & Alliances

- Continuous brand tracking/ research

- Ideating new products, services and marketing initiatives

- CRM activations

Candidate Profile: MBAs with 8-13 years relevant experience in Marketing in fmcg / durables / foods / entertainment organisations
