About our Client - Our client is a global MNC present across the globe, specializing in the oncology and neurosciences portfolio. Constantly working on initiatives to grow and bolster their brands growing them from strength to strength in India. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager with pan India scope of responsibility for CNS portfolio.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the incumbent would be responsible for :

- Manage product portfolio to contribute to brand development

- Implement new product launches

- Contribute to local adaptation of advertising creative material; analyze media recommendations

- Implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan

- Listen to and develop a deep understanding of consumers; develop insights, give feedback and recommendations

- Analyze data on product segment/category to make recommendations to management

- Manage PPP budget for group of products and highlight issues

- Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training departments- ) to support marketing objectives

- Ensure development and continuity of team expertise and know-how

The Successful Candidate :

- You will have at least 3 years of experience in product management in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in CNS or related therapy area

- Experience in Innovation/ product development

- Research and market data analysis

- Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment

- Knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers

- Financial knowledge

- Media planning knowledge

- Ability to adapt advertising creative material
