In 2008, the company started with the vision for people to meet online and transact offline in a simple, easy and convenient way and today, they operate in 13 categories and in 170 sub-categories, ranging from mobile phones, real estate, cars, services, jobs, entertainment, furniture, electronics and many more.  End to end product management for the Jobs Vertical.  Responsibilities range from:  - Overall responsibility for the growth of Jobs vertical   - Responsible for achievement of product targets, site metrics and business goals   - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.   - Identifying & driving execution of category specific platform requirements for enhancing the customer experience.   - Manage the design product features, product experience across the channel of desktop and mobile   - Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize product development   - Working on Key Strategic initiatives as well as site interoperability on different mobile/ handheld devices.   - Driving product development across teams (primarily UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing & Analysis Communications) through market requirements, product contract & positioning.   - Manage the channel partners, strategic relationship and supply chain   - Planning & implementing marketplace promotions to drive customer salience & price competitiveness   - Establishing brand relationships with identified device & accessory brands & negotiating brand promotions & marketing initiatives including new product launches/Identifying the right mix of marketplace sellers to ensure price competitiveness & stock availability  Qualification/ Experience/ Training:  - MBA / BE qualified individuals with good academic pedigree   - Experience from Online/ Internet based firms Desired competencies   - Entrepreneurial - Business savvy, visionary, inspirational, Willing to take calculated risks   - Learner - flexible, open to ideas and change, grows with growth   - Fundamentally sound - Technically and functionally competent, is intelligent and has an analytical mindset   - Winner with energy & drive - Athletic, competitive and result oriented, a doer, an achiever results, is Managerial Courage - direct, fair and forthright, is respected  - Team builder - Team player, a talent identifier and team developer.
