Noida for 3 Months (than Chennai)

This Position is for Automotive Industry ( We are open from Any industry)

- To Design & Implementation of various OD Interventions in the Organization

- To Conduct internal & external Employee Satisfaction Survey and Culture & Engagement Surveys & Report and suggested recommendation in the Analysis of the same to the Management.

- Ensure to prepare the Attrition and exit analysis-Monthly & Quarterly report

- Updation of Reporting Matrix in Organization Charts

- Design career / succession management program for existing high potential employees

- Employee Engagement Initiatives

- Design and implement initiatives which promotes knowledge sharing and transfer in the organization

- To Identify the opportunities of automating HR processes and partner with IT and other teams for automation of the same

- Knowledge of Organization Development tools, methodologies and processes

- Responsible for issuing various letters

Note : This Job will not include Recruitment, PMS & L&D

Intialy 3 months Position ll based at Noida Than will shift to Chennai
